ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AMENDING CHAPTER
10.52 OF THE SAN BERNARDINO MUNICIPAL CODE TO ESTABLISH SPEED
ZONES ON "En STREET/KENDALL DRIVE BETWEEN THIRTIETH STREET AND
REVERE AVENUE.
THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL
BERNARDINO DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1.
Section 10.52.030
of the San Bernardino
7 Municipal Code is amended to read:
8 "10.52.030 FORTY MILES PER HOUR
9 In accordance with and pursuant to the authority of
10 Sections 22357, 22358, and 22360, of the California Vehicle Code,
11 the Mayor and Common Council do hereby determine and declare upon
12 the basis of an engineering and traffic investigation that a
13 Prima Facie Speed Limit of Forty miles per hour shall be
14 established upon the following streets or portions thereof in the
15 City:

ARROWHEAD AVENUE: Between Esperanza Street and Rialto
Avenue; and between Highland Avenue and Kendall Drive.
ATLANTIC AVENUE: Between Palm Avenue and Cienega Court.
BASE LINE STREET:
Between Medical Center Drive and 'H'
Street; and between Sierra Way and Del Rosa Avenue.
DEL ROSA AVENUE:
Bet~leen Del Rosa Drive and Marshall
Boulevard.
'E' STREET:
Between Century Avenue and Rialto Avenue;
and between Thirtieth Street and Kendall Drive.
ELECTRIC AVENUE:
Between Fortieth Street and Northpark
Boulevard.
FIFTH STREET: Between Sierra Way and Waterman Avenue.
FORTIETH STREET: Between Acre Lane and Electric Avenue.
