THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO
5 DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 1984 Section 3 Subsection 3.10
7 is hereby amended to read as follows:

"3010 TENTATIVE MAP - Any person or subdivider desiring
to subdivide land in the City of San Bernardino for the purpose
of sale, lease or recordation, either immediate or future, shall
first submit to the Commission a request for approval of said
subdivision along with twenty (20) copies of the Tentative Map."
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing ordinance was duly
adopted by the Mayor and Common Council of the City of San Ber-
