HomeMy WebLinkAbout2945 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 191 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 29 30 31 32 "HC 1 ORDINANCE NO. ~~~ 2 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1991 KNOWN AS THE "LAND USE ZONING ORDINANCE" RECLASSIFYING AND REZONING CERTAIN 3 PARCELS OF LAND AND AMENDING THE ZONING MAP ACCORDINGLY. 4 THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: 5 6 7 8 SECTION ONE: That Ordinance No. 1991 Section 27.2 which reclassifies and rezones certain parcels of real property within the City of San Bernardino and amends the zoning map accordingly is hereby amended by adding thereto the following: PARCEL FIVE HUNDRED SEVENTY-ONE (Petition No. 806) Parcel No.1: That portion of Lots 4 and 5, Block 28 and of Lot 35, Block 54, and of "G" Street (vacated) of the Rancho San Bernardino, as per plat recorded in Book 7 of Maps, page 2, records of San Bernardino County, California, and that portion of Block 6 of the Urbita Subdivision, as per plat recorded in Book 30 of Maps, page 54, records of San Bernardino County, California, described as follows: Beginning at the intersection of the east line of "H" Street (formerly ,Harold Avenue), 60.00 feet in width, with the nort~easterly line of Adell Street, 60.00 feet in width;Cthence north 000 07' 10" west along said east line of said "H" Street, 42.54 feet; thence east, 230 feet; thence north 000 07' 10" west, 304.13 feet, (record 304.11 feet); thence east, 345.94 feet (record 345.96 feet) to the south line of the Pacific Electric Railway Company's right-of- way, 30.00 feet in width, as said right-of-way is described in deed recorded September 30, 1948, in Book 2299, page 374, Official Records of said County; thence easterly along said south line the following courses; thence east 176.40 feet to the beginning of a tangent curve, concave northerly and having a radius of 779.08 feet; thence easterly along said curve, through a central angle of 04006', a dis- tance of 55.75 feet; thence north 850 54' east, 18.46 feet to the beginning of a tangent curve, concave northwesterly and having a radius of 583.53 feet; thence easterly along said curve through a central angle of 060 22' a distance of 64.84 feet to the beginning of a tangent curve, concave north- westerly and having a radius of 373.39 feet; thence northeasterly along said curve, through a central angle of 050 21' 59", a distance of 34.97 feet to a point in the west line of that certain 30 foot strip of land conveyed to the Pacific Electric Railway Company by deed recorded in Book 3632, page 40, Official Records of said County, said point being in a curve, concave to the northwest and hav- ing a radius of 343.39 feet; a radial through said point bears south 760 49' 11" east; thence south- westerly along said west line, the following courses: 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 I, ,+,., thence southwesterly along said curve through a central angle of 200 03' 11", a distance of 120.18 feet (record 120.06 feet); thence south 340 31'.47" west, 93.10 feet (record 90.55 feet) to the northwest line of that certain 40 foot strip of land described in Final Order of Condem- nation had in Case No. 12836 in the Superior Court of the State of California, in and for the County of San Bernardino, a certified copy of which is recorded in Book 537, page 218 of Deeds, records of San Bernardino County, California; thence south 390 40' west along said northwest line 414.00 feet to the north line of Block 7 of said Urbita Sub- division; thence west along said north line, 393.12 feet to the northeast line of Adell Street; thence north 500 10' west, along said northeast line, 217.20 feet to the point of beginning. Parcel No.2: That portion of Lot 4, Block 28, Rancho San Bernardino, in the City of San Bernar- dino, as per plat recorded in Book 7 of Maps, page 2, records of said County, described as follows: Beginning at the intersection of the east line of "G" Street, 60 feet wide, with the south line of College Street, 60 feet wide; thence west 149.55 feet along the south line of said College Street to its intersection with the northeasterly line of the 30 foot wide Pacific Electric Railway Company easement, as conveyed by Deed recorded September 30, 1948, as Instrument No. 67, in Book 2299, page 374, Official Records, said point being in a curve concave to the northeast, having a radius of 343.39 feet; thence southeasterly along said curve from a tangent bearing south 570 16' 45" east, through an angle of 320 43' 14" to its intersection with a line parallel with and distant east 439.52 feet from the east line of "H" Street; thence south along said line to its intersection with a line parallel with and distant south 84.52 feet from the south line of College Street; thence east along said last men- tioned line to its intersection with the south line of said easement; thence northwesterly in a direct line to the point of beginning. (Between Colton Avenue and "H" Street, north of Adell Street) From zone classification M-l Light Industrial to C-M Commercial-Manufacturing District.
