'. . . 1 ORDINANCE No.:(D%( 2 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1991 OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO WHICH ESTABLISHES LAND USE ZONING DISTRICTS AND 3 I ADOPTS A MAP THEREOF BY RECLASSIFYING AND REZONING CERTAIN PARCELS OF REAL PROPERTY WITHIN THE CITY AND AMENDING THE ZONING MAP 4 ACCORDINGLY. 5 THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO 6 DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: 7 SECTION ONE: That Ordinance No. 1991, Section 27.2, which 8 reclassifies and rezones certain parcels of real property within 9 the City of San Bernardino and amends the zoning mapacc~rdingly 10 is hereby amended by adding thereto the following: 11 PARCEL ONE: 12 Hart & Marshall Subdivision, Block 1, East half of Lot 19 and the East half of Lot 20. 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 29 30 31 32 From zone classification "T", Transitional To zone classification C-3, General Commercial PARCEL TWO: Lots 3 and 4, Block 1, Wrights Subdivision as per plat recorded in Book 18 of Maps, page 36, records of San Bernardino County, California. From zone classification R-l, single family To zone classification "T", Transitional PARCEL THREE: Martin Tract, Lots 1 and 2 and 9 and 10, Block 10, Between Chestnut and Mill, west of Grape. From zone classification M-l, light industrial To zone classification R-3, Multiple family PARCEL FOUR: Lots L,and 2 of MOUNT VERNON ORANGE GROVE FRUIT COMPANY LANDS, in the City of San Bernardino, County of San Bernardino, State of California, as per plat thereof recorded in Book 12 of Maps, page 16, records of said County. Excepting therefrom the West 320 feet thereof.
