5 DINO DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION ONE: That Ordinance No. 1925, Section Two,
7 Sub-section (i), of the City of San Bernardino is hereby amended
8 to read as follows:

i. The operation or use between the hours of ten o'clock
10 ! P. M. and seven o'clock A. M. of any pile driver, steam shovel,
11 pneumatic hammers, derrick, steam or electric hoist, power driven
12 saw, or any other tool or apparatus, the use of which is attend-
13 ed by loud and excessive noise, except with the approval of the
14 . Mayor and Common Council.

I HEREBY CR~TIFY that the foregoing ordinance was duly
16 ' adopted by the Mayor and Common Council of the Cit y of San Ber-
17 ~ nardino at a ~~/ meeting thereof held on the /Jl<;rwC-
