2 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING O~DINANCE NO. 1991 OF THE CITY OF SAN
BERNARDINO WHICH ESTABLISHES LAND USE ZONING DISTRICTS AND ADOPTS
3 A MAP THEREOF BY RECLASSIFYING AND REZONING CERTAIN PARCELS OF
REAL PROPERTY WITHIN THE CIIY AND A~ffiNDING THE ZONING MAP ACCORD-

5 THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO
6 DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION ONE: That Ordinance No. 1991, Section 27.2, which
8 reclassifies and rezones certain parcels of real property within
9 the City of San Bernardino and amends the zoning map accordingly
10 1S hereby amended by adding thereto the following:

PARCEL EIGHTY-THREE: (Petition No. 151)
Beginning at a point along the south line of 44th
Street 120 feet east of the sOutheast corner of
Sierra Way and 44th Street, thence east 200 feet
along the south line of said 44th Street, thence
