2 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1991 OF THE CITY OF SAN
BERNARDINO WHICH ESTABLISHES LAND USE ZONING DISTRICTS AND ADOPTS
3 A MAP THEREOF BY RECLASSIFYING AND REZONING CERTAIN PARCELS OF
REAL PROPERTY WITHIN THE CITY AND AMENDING THE ZONING MAP ACCORD-

5 THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO
6 DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
7 SECTION ONE: That Ordinance No. 1991, Section 27.2, which
8 reclassifies and rezones certain parcels of real property within
9 the City of San Bernardino and amends the zoning map accordingly
10 is hereby amended by adding thereto the following:

PARCEL ONE HUNDRED FORTY-ONE: (Petition No. 226)
That portion of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 15,
Township 1 North, Range 4 West, San Bernardino Base
and Meridian, unsurveyed and being within the
Muscupiabe Rancho, as per plat recorded in Book 7 of
Maps, page 3, records of said County, being more par-
ticularly described as follows:
Commencing at a point on the East line of Mayfield
Avenue; said point being the Northwest corner of the
land conveyed to the City of San Bernardino School
District by deed recorded January 20, 1958, in
Book 4416 of Official Records, page 389; thence
North 890. 39' 06" East along the North line of said
school property ~ distance of 236 feet to the true
point of beginning; thence North at right angles
to the North line of said school property, to the
So~therly line of that parcel of land conveyed to
the .Corpora~ion of the Presiding Bishop of the
Church of Jesus Christ afeLatter Day Saints, a
Utah corporation sole; thence South 720 43' 13"
East along said Southerly line a distance of 324 feet,
more or less, to a point in the West line of Electric
Avenue; thence South 000 09' 16" West along said West
line to the Northeast corner of the land conveyed
to the City of San Bernardino School District by deed
recorded January 20, 1958, in Book 4416, of Official
Records, page. 389; thence South 890 39' 0611 West along
the North line of said school property 278.30 feet,
more or less, to the point of beginning.
Reserving unto Grantor an easement and right of way
for ingress and egress over the South 38 feet of the
property herein described until such time as Mayfield
Avenue on the West and the proposed 100-foot street
on the North have been dedicated to public use and
all improvements installed, when this easement shall
automatically cease and terminate and the rights
reserved shall pass to the grantees, their successors
or assigns.
Also reserving unto grantor an easement and right of
way for roadway purposes together with the right to
dedicate same to public use over, along and across
the Northerly 50 feet of the property herein described.
