OF SAN BERNARDINO WHICH ESTABLISHES LAND USE ZONING DISTRICTS
3 AND ADOPTS A 11AP THEREOF BY RECLASSIFYING AND REZONING CERTAIN
PARCELS OF RiAL PROPERTY WITHIN TRS CITY AND AMENDING THE ZONING
4 MAP ACCORDINGLY.
5 THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN
6 BERNARDINO DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION ONE: That Ordinance No. 1991, Section 27.2,
8 which reclassifies and rezones certain parcels of real property
9 within the City of San Bernardino and amends the zoning map
10 accordingly is hereby amended by adding thereto the following:

PARCEL TWO HUNDRED TEN: (Petition No. 314)
All that part of Lot 4, Block 41 of Rancho San
Bernardino, in the'City of San Bernardino, as per
plat thereof recorded in Book 7 of Maps, page 2,
records of said County, described as follows:
Beginning at a point in ,the North line of Base Line
