2 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1991 OF THE CITY OF
SAN BERNARDINO WHICH ESTABLISHES LAND USE ZONING DISTRICTS AND
3 ADOPTS A MAP THEREOF BY RECLASSIFYING AND REZONING CERTAIN PARCELS
OF REAL PROPERTY WITHIN THE CITY AND AMENDING THE ZONING MAP
4 ACCORDINGLY.
5 THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO
DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION ONE: That Ordinance No. 1991, Section 27.2,
which reclassifies and rezones certain parcels of real property
within the City of San Bernardino and amends the zoning map
accordingly is hereby amended by adding thereto the following:
PARCEL TWO HUNDRED FORTY: (Petition No. 358)
Portion of Lot I, Block 84, Rancho San Bernardino. Com-
mencing on the southwest corner of 25th Street and "E"
Streets; thence west 210 feet, more or less, to the point
of beginning, thence south, 270 feet, more or less; thence
west 70 feet, more or less, thence north 270 feet, more
or less, thence east to the point of beginning.
