AN ORDINANCe AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1991 OF THE CITY OF
SAN BERNARDINO WHICH ESTABLISHES LAND USE ZONING DISTRICTS AND
ADOPTS A MAP THEREOF BY RECLASSIFYING AND REZONING CERTAIN PARCELS
OF REAL PROPERTY WITHIN THE CITY AND AMENDING THE ZONING MAP
ACCORDINGLY.
THE MAYOR AND COMION COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO

SECTION ONE: That Ordinance No. 1991, Section 27.2,
which reclassifies and rezones certain parcels of real property
within the City of San Bernardino and amends the zoning map
accordingly is hereby amended by adding thereto the following:
PARCEL TWO HUNDRED FIFTY-TWO: (Petition No. 371)
Parcel No.1: That portion of Lot 5, Block 24, Arrow-
head Junction Tract, as. per plat recorded in Book 12
of Maps, page 11, records of said County, and that
portion of the North 11.25 feet of Olive Street (some-
times referred to as Lynwood Drive), as vacated by
Resolution of the Board of Supervisors of San Bernar-
dino County., recorded September 23, 1942, in Book
1553, page 482, Official Records, described as follows:
BEGINNING at the Southwest corner of said Lot 5, Block
24; thence along the West line, North 00 02' 10" East,
109 feet to the Northwest corner thereof; thence South
89 59' East, 195.14 feet to a point in the North line
of said Lot 5; thence South 00 02' 10" West, 111.25
feet to a point 11.25 feet South of the South line
of Lot 5, Block 24, thence along a line parallel to
and 11.25 feet South of the said South line of Lot 5,
North 890 59' West, 195.14 feet; thence North 00 02'
10~' East, 11.25 feet to the point of beginning.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM the west 100 feet of the above
