AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1991 KNOWN AS
THE "LAND USE ZONING ORDINANCE".
THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN
BERNARDINO DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION ONE: That Ordinance No. 1991, Section 27.2,
which reclassifies and rezones certain parcels of real property
within the City of San Bernardino and amends the zoning map
accordingly is hereby amended by adding thereto ,the following;
PARCEL TWO HUNDRED SIXTY: (Petition No. 387)
A port~n of Lot 1, Block 22 Orange Grove Tract
beginning at a point in the center line of Del
Rosa Avenue 695.2 feet north from the center
line of Lemon. Street, thence east 440 feet to
the east line of said lot, thence north along
said line to the center line of Eureka Street,
thence west to the intersection with the center
line of Del Rosa Avenue. and thence south to the
point of beginning. (Southeast corner of Eureka
Street and Del Rosa Avenue.)
From zone classification C-l. Neighborhood
Commercial District. to zone classification
R-l. Single Family Residential District.
