"lAND USE ZONING ORDINANCE."

THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN
BERNARDINO DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION ONE: That Ordinance No. 1991, Section 27.2,
which reclassified and rezones certain parcels of real property
7
within the City of San Bernardino and amends the zoning map
8

accordingly is hereby amended by adding thereto the following:
PARCEL TWO HUNDRED SIXTY-SEVEN: (Petition No. 394)
That portion of the Southwest quarter of the
Southwest quarter of the Northwest quarter of
Section 7, Township 1 South, Range 4 West, San
Bernardino Base and Meridian, in the County of
San Bernardino, State of California, .ccording
to Government Survey described as follows:
Beginning at a point 172 feet west of the East
line of the Southwest quarter of the Southwest
quarter of the Northwest quarter of said
Section 7, Township 1 South, Range 4 West
along the Southerly line of the right of way
of the Pacific Electric Railway Company; thence
South parallel with the East line of said
Southwest quarter of the Northwest quarter of
said Section, 382 feet; thence West to the North-
west corner of property deeded to Jack W. Haggard,
et ux, by deed dated January 5, 1950, and
recorded January 16, 1950, in Book 2513 of
Official Records, page 600; thence South 230 feet
to the center line of Arrow Highway (also known
as Rialto Avenue); thence West 80 feet; thence
North 230 feet; thence West to the East line of
Meridian Avenue; thence North 382 feet along the
East line of Meridian Avenue to the South line
of Pacific Electric Railway Company right of
way; thence East along the South line of said
right of way to the point of beginning.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM the South 30 feet within
Arrow Highway (also known as Ria1to Avenue).
From zone classification R-~ single family
residential district, to zone classification
C-3A, limited general commercial district.

PARCEL TWO HUNDRED SEVENTY (Petition No. 399)
Lots 93 and 94 of Eastwood Subdivision No.2, as
shown in Book of Maps 23 at Page 30, City of
San Bernardino (South.ast corner of 14th and
Massachusetts Avenue.)
From zone classification C-l, neighborhood
commercial district, to zone classification R-l,
single fami}y residential district.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Ordinance was duly
adopted by the Mayor and Common Council of jthe City of San
