Atl ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 19.91 KNOWl. AS THE
"LAND USE ZONING ORDINANCE."
THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN
BERNARDINO DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION ONE: That Ordinance No. 1991, Section 27.2,
which reclassifies and rezones certain parcels of real property
within the City of San Bernardino and amends the zoning map
accordingly is hereby amended by adding thereto the following:
PARCEL TWO HUNDRED SEVENTY-FOUR (Petition No. 403)
The west 158 feet of the north one-half of Lot 1,
Block 17, Orange Grove Tract, except the south
250 feet. (Southeast corner of Lynwoodand Golden.)
From zone classification R-l, single family
residential district, to zone classification C-2,
community commercial district.
PARCEL TWO HUNDRED SeVENTY-FIVE (Petition No. 404)
Lots 50 and 51, Block 7, Tract 2150, as per plat
recorded in Book 31 of Maps, pages 34 and 35,
records of the County of San Bernardino. (West
side of Golden Avenue, 120 feet south of Lynwood
Drive.)
From zone classification R-l, single namily resi-
dential district, to zone classification C-2,
community commercial district.
