AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1991, KNOWN AS
"LAND USE ZONING ORDINANCE."
THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO
DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION ONE: That Ordinance No. 1991, Section 27.2,
which reclassifies and rezones certain parcels of real property
within the City of San Bernardino and amends the zoning map
accordingly is hereby amended by adding thereto the following:
PARCEL TWO HUNDRED EIGHTY-FOUR (Petition No. 419)
A portion of the South half of the Northeast
quarter of Section 7, Township 1 South" Range
4 West, 4.10 acres, more or less. (North side
of Arrow Route, approximately 1,000 feet west
of Rancho Avenue.)
Beginning at the southeast corner of said northeast
quarter of~ctidn 7, thence South 890 38' west
along a, ccepted c"enter line of said Section 7,
708.60 feet~thence north 00 22' West 44 feet;
then,ceSoutn 890,45' 30" West 472 feet ,to the
'tr\,1e point of beginning; thence north 00 06'
east 572.17 feet; more or less, to point on
south line of the Pacific Electric Railroad
right-of-way; thence west along the south line
of said railroad right-of-way to point which
is 573.37 feet east of the west line of the
