2 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1991, KNOWN AS
THE "LAND USE ZONING ORDINANCE" RECLASSIFYING AND REZONING
3 CERTAIN PARCELS OF LAND AND AMENDING THE ZONING MAP ACCORDINGLY.
4 THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN
BERNARDINO DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION ONE: That Ordinance No. 1991, Section 27.2,
which reclassifies and rezones certain parcels of real property
within the City of San Bernardino and amends the zoning map
accordingly is hereby amended by adding thereto the following:
PARCEL TWO HUNDRED NINETY-FOUR (Petition No. 433)
The west half of Lot 23 and all of Lot 22, Block "E"
The Palms, (North side of 17th Street, beginning
75 feet west of "D" Street, a lot 75 x 200 feet.)
From zone classification T, transitional, to zone
classification A-P, administrative professional and
research office district.

A portion of Lot 2, Block 92, of the Rancho San
Bernardino, as per plat recorded in Book 7 of Maps,
page 2, records of San Bernardino County, described
as follows:

Commencing on the North line of said Lot 2, 1333.15
feet west of the northeast corner of Lot 5, Block 66,
of the Rancho San Bernardino; thence west 100 feet;
thence south 155 feet; thence east 100 feet; thence
north 155 feet to the point of beginning.
That portion of Lot 2, Block 92, and of Lot 5,
Block 66, Rancho San Bernardino, as per plat
recorded in Book 7, page 2 of Maps, described as
follows:
Commencing at a point in the north line of said
Lot 5 1283.15 feet west of the northeast corner

of said Lot 5, Block 66; thence south 155 feet
to the true point of beginning; thence continuing
south 156.15 feet more or less, to the north line
of the land conveyed to the City of San Bernardino,
a municipal corporation, by deed recorded November 17,
1927, in Book 297, page 210 official records; thence
west along said City land 150 feet to the east line
of the land conveyed to Lila A. Voss, a married
woman, by deed recorded May 7, 1926, in Book 96,
page 210 official records; thence north aloug the
east line of said Voss land to a point that is
south 155 feet thereon from the north line of said
Lot 2, Block 92; thence 150 feet to the true point
of beginning.
Fr~ zone classification M-1, light industrial
district, to zone classification C-M, commercial
manufacturing district.

Beginning on the southeast corner of Rancho Avenue
and Rialto Avenue; thence east along the south line
of Rialto Avenue to the west line of Pennsylvania
Avenue; thence south along the west line of Penn-
sylvania Avenue to the north line of Arrow Route;
thence west along the north line of Arrow Route to
the east line of Rancho Avenue; thence north along
the east line of Rancho Avenue to the point of
beginning;
Excepting all public streets;
Also excepting a portion of Lot 2, Block 92 of the
Rancho San Bernardino as per plat recorded in Book 7
of Maps, page 2, records of San Bernardino County,
described as follows:
Commencing on the north line of said Lot 2, 1333.15
feet west of the northeast corner of Lot 5, Block 66,
of the Rancho San Bernardino; thence west 100 feet;
