HomeMy WebLinkAbout2426 1 ORDINANCE NO. ._-5(j+;!,t . 2 3 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1991, KNOWN AS THE "LAND USE ZONING ORDINANCE" RECLASSIFYING AND REZONING CERTAIN 4 PARCELS OF LAND AND AMENDING THE ZONING MAP ACCORDINGLY. 5 THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: 6 SECTION ONE: That Ordinance No. 1991, Section 27.2, 7 8 which reclassifies and rezones certain parcels of real property within the City of San Bernardino and amends the zoning map accordingly is hereby amended by adding thereto the following: PARCEL THREE HUNDRED SIXTEEN (Petition No. 463) 9 10 11 12 That portion of Section 29, Township 1 N, Range 4 W, SAN BERNARDINO BASE AND MERIDIAN, unsurveyed, in the County of San Bernardino State of California, as the lines of the United States Government Survey may be extended across the MUSCUPIABE RANCHO, as per plat thereof recorded in Book 7 of Maps, Page 23, records of said County and State and being particularly described as follows: COMMENCING at the NW corner of Tract No. 6446, as per plat thereof recorded in Book 81 of Maps, Pages 56 and 57, Records of said County and State; thence south 890 43' 27" west along the W extension of the N line of said Tract No. 6446 a distance of 225.05 ft. (Recorded on Tract No. 6446 as 230.05 ft.) to the SW corner of Tract No. 4077, as per plat thereof recorded in Book 52 of Maps, Page 74, Records of said County and State; thence south 630 12' 00" west 293.93 ft. to the true point of beginning; thence south 260 48' east 631.24 ft. to the beginning of a curve concave NE and having a radius of 300.00 ft; thence south along the arc of said curve through a central angle of 80 25' 55" a distance of 44.l5ft; thence leaving the arc of said curve south 430 12' west 573.70 ft. to a point on the NE right of way line of that parcel of land condemned for State Highway purposes by the Final Order of Condemnation, a certified copy of which was recorded January 27, 1959, in Book 4715, Page 80 of Official Records; thence north 260 48' west along the said NE line 493.84 ft. to a point on the E line of that certain parcel of land ~onveyed to H.H.
