I 32 Any permit issued under this sect~n shall be further conditioned I I I I I i , 3 I' AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2014 ENTITLED "AN II ORDINANCE PERTAINING TO DEMOLITION AND MOVING OF BUILDINGS AND · I, STRUCTURES" AND PROYIDING FOR 'mE CAPPING OF ABANDONED SEWER 5 'II, OUTLETS. : 6 Ii 'mE MAYOR AND COMMJN COUNCIL OF 'mE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINOi I DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: " 7 ii Ii SECTION ONE: Ordinance No. 2014, Section One, is hereby 8 i amended to read as follows: " I. 9 I, II SECTION ONE: Any person, firm, or corporation desiring 10 I~ : to demolish, dismantle, or tear down any house, building, or struc- ii 11 I ture within the City of San Bernardino or to move the same outside 12 i! I the City limits shall before proceeding with such work file an 13 ' 1411 application with the Superintendent of the Department of Building I and Safety for a permit to do so.
