SECTION ONE: That Ordinance No. 1991, Section 27.2, which

reclassifies and rezones certain parcels of real property within the
City of San Bernardino and amends the zoning map accordingly is

amended by adding thereto the following:
PARCEL THREE HUNDRED TWENTY.. FOUR

That portion of Lot 7, Block 41, Rancho San Bernardino,
as per plat recorded in Book 7 of Maps, page 2,
records of said County, described as follows:
BEGINNING at the NW corner of Lot 39, Tract 3599, as
per plat recorded in Book 48 of Maps, pages 68 and
69, records of said County; thence south 890 42' 34"
west along the S line of Wabash Street a distance of
100.12 ft. to the beginning of a curve concave to the
southeast with a radius of 20 ft; thence along said
curve 31.29 ft; thence south 100.12 ft. along the E
line of Waterman Avenue to the W prolongation of the
S line of Lot 39 of said Tract 3599; thence east
along said W prolongation 120 ft. to the SW corner
