THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO 00 ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: 2 3 II 411 5 I SECTION ONE: That Ordinance No. 1991, Section 27.2, which 6 I 7 I Ii 8 'I reclassifies and rezones certain parcels of real property within the City of San Bernardino and amends the zoning map accordingly 9 I is hereby amended by adding thereto the following: PARCEL THREE HUNDRED THIRTY-ONE (Petition No. 485) Parcel No.1: That portion of Lots 2 and 3, Block 34 of the City of San Bernardino, in the City of San Ber- nardino, as per plat recorded in Book 7 of Maps, page 1, records of said County, described as follows: BEGINNING at a point on the north line of Fifth Street, 190 feet east of the southwest corner of said Lot 2; thence north 300 feet, more or less, to the north line of said Lot 3; thence east 60 feet, more or less, to a point 50 feet west of the east line of said Lot 3; thence south 150 feet, more or less, to the north line of said Lot 2; thence west 10 feet; thence south 150 feet, more or less, to the north line of Fifth Street; thence west 50 feet to the point of beginning; except- ing the south 150 feet, more or less, Parcel No.2: All those portions of Lot 3, Block 34 of the City of San Bernardino, in the City of San Bernar- dino, as per plat recorded in Book 7 of Maps, page 1, records of said County, described as follows: BEGINNING 150 feet east of the southwest corner of Lot 3 of said block; thence east 40 feet; thence north 150 feet, more or less, to the north line of Lot 3; thence west 40 feet; thence south 150 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning, (Two parcels located 150 feet north of 5th Street and 150 feet east of Arrowhead Avenue,) From zone classification R-4, Multiple Family Residential, to zone classification C-4, Central Business.
