AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1991, KNOWN AS THE "LAND
USE ZONING ORDINANCE" RECLASSIFYING AND REZONING CERTAIN PARCELS OF
LAND AND AMENDING THE ZONING MAP ACCORDINGLY.
THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO
DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION ONE: That Ordinance No. 1991, Section 27.2, which re-
classifies and rezones certain parcels of real property within the
City of San Bernardino and amends the zoning map accordingly is
hereby amended by adding thereto the following:
PARCEL THREE HUNDRED THIRTY-FIVE (Petition No. 491)
Lots 16 and 17, Block B, Tract No. 2291, La Gardena Sub.
No.2.
On the west side of Flores Street, 140 feet north of
5th Street.
From zone classification R-2, Two-Family Residential, to
zone classification C-3A, Limited General Commercial.
PARCEL THREE HUNDRED THIRTY-SIX (Petition No. 492)
That portion of Lot 5, Block 31, of City of San Bernardino
in the County of San Bernardino, State of California, as per
plat recorded in Book 7, of Maps, page 1, Records of said
County, described as follows:
BEGINNING at the Northwest corner of Lot 5; thence East
122 feet; thence South 105 feet, more or less, to a point
195 feet North of the South line of said lot; thence West
122 feet to Arrowhead Avenue; thence North 105 feet to the
point of beginning.
(Southeast corner of Arrowhead Ave. and 5th Street)
From zone classification A-P, Administrative, Professional,
and Research to zone classification C-3A, Limited General
Commercial.
PARCEL THREE HUNDRED THIRTY-SEVEN(Petition No. 493)
PARCEL NO.1: Portion of Lots 2 and 3, Block 39, Rancho
San Bernardino, in the City of San Bernardino, as per plat
recorded in Book 7 of Maps, page 2, records of said County,
described as follows: Beginning at a point 210.3 feet
west and 25 feet south of a monument located at the inter-
section of the center line of 19th Street and Waterman Avenue;
thence west 53.33 feet; thence south 150 feet; thence
east 53.33 feet; thence north 150 feet to the point of
beginning.
PARCEL NO.2: All that portion of Lot 3, Block 39, Rancho
San Bernardino! in the City of San Bernardino, as per
plat recorded ~n Book 7 of Maps, page 2, records of said
County, described as follows:

BEGINNING at a point in the east line of said Lot 3,
said point of beginning being 41.25 feet west of and 125
feet south of a monument at the intersection of the center-
line of 19th Street and Waterman Avenue, said point of
beginning being also the west line of Waterman Avenue
and being 125 feet south of the northeast corner of those
certain two acres of Lot 2, in Block 39, conveyed by that
certain Deed dated August 6, 1881, and recorded in Book 25
of Deeds, page 428, records of said County; thence west
169.05 feet; thence south 50 feet; thence west to the
east line of Plate's Subdivision; thence south 50 feet;
thence east to the west line of Waterman Avenue; thence
north 100 feet to the point of beginning.
