HomeMy WebLinkAbout2461 25 26 'n 28 29 30 31 32 / 1 ORDINANCE No.c:?fL~/ 2 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1991, KNOWN AS THE "LAN USE ZONING ORDINANCE" RECIASSIFYING AND REZONING CERTAIN PARCELS OF 3 LAND AND AMENDING THE ZONING MAP ACCORDINGLY. 4 THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO 0 ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: 5 6 SECTION ONE: That Ordinance No. 1991, Section 27.2, which reclassifies and rezones certain parcels of real property within the City of San Bernardino and amends the zoning map accordingly is hereby amended by adding thereto the following: 7 8 9 PARCEL THREE HUNDRED FORTY -ONE (Petition No. 503) 10 Lots 1 and 2, Block 17, Tract Number 1834, San Bernardino Heights, Lot 3, Block 17, Tract Number 1834, San Bernardino Heights, Lot 4, Block 17, Tract Number 1834, San Bernardino Heights (Northeast corner of Sierra Way and Sepulveda Ave.) From zone classification C-1, Neighborhood Commercia1,as to Lots 1 and 2, and from ZOne classification R-1, Single Family Residential, as to Lots 3 and 4 to zone classif- ication R-3, Multiple Family Residential. PARCEL THREE HUNDRED FORTY-TWO (Petition No. 504) Parcel No.1: Portion of Lots 2 and 3, Block 39, Rancho San Bernardino, in the City of San Bernardino, as per plat recorded in Book 7 of Maps, page 2, records of said County, described as follows: Beginning at a point 210.3 feet west and 25 feet south of a monument located at the intersection of the center line of 19th Street and Waterman Avenue; thence west 53.33 feet; thence south 150 feet; thence east 53.33 feet; thence north 150 feet to the point of beginning. Parcel No.2: All that portion of Lot 3, Block 39, Rancho San Bernardino, in the City of San Bernardino, as per plat recorded in Book 7 of Maps, page 2, records of said County, described as follows: Beginning at a point in the east line of said Lot 3, said point of beginning being 41.25 feet west of and 125 feet south of a monument at the intersection of the center line .'of 19th Street and Waterman Avenue, said point of be- ginning being also the west line of Waterman Avenue and being 125 feet southof the northeast corner of those certain two acres of Lot 2, in Block 39, conveyed by that certain Deed dated August 6, 1881, and recorded in Book 25 of Deeds, page 428, records of said County; thence west 169.05 feet; thence south 50 feet; thence west to the east line of Plate's Subdivision; thence south 50 feet' thence east to the west line of Waterman Avenue; thenc~ north 100 feet to the point of beginning.
