SECTION ONE: That Ordinance No. 1991, Section 27,2, which
reclassifies and rezones certain parcels of real property within
the City of San Bernardino and amends the zoning map accordingly is
hereby amended by adding thereto the following:
PARCEL THREE HUNDRED FORTY-FOUR (Petition No. 507)
The south 130 feet of Lot 6, Block 21, excepting
the west 265 feet thereof and also excepting streets
and flood control, Orange Grove Tract. Also the
north 70 feet of the south 200 feet of the east
133.75 feet of Lot 6, Block 21, Orange Grove Tract,
excepting streets.
(Northwest corner of Marshall Boulevard and Del Rosa
Avenue).
From zone classification R-1, Single Family Residential,
to zone classification C-1, Neighborhood Commercial.
PARCEL THREE HUNDRED FORTY-FIVE (Petition No, 509)
Portions of Lot 4, Block 10, Orange Grove Tract!
as per plat recorded in Book 11 of Maps, page 14,
records of said County, described as follows:
Parcel "A": The South one-half of the East one-half,
Excepting therefrom the South 241.25 feet, and said
South 241,25 feet being measured from the center line
of Highland Avenue, 82.5 feet wide,
Parcel "B": The South 40,00 feet of the North 200.00
feet of the South one-half of the West one-half of
said Lot 4,
