AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1991 KNOWN AS THE
"LAND USE ZONING ORDINANCE" RECLASSIFYING AND REZONING CERTAIN
PARCELS OF LAND AND AMENDING THE ZONING MAP ACCORDINGLY.
THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO
DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION ONE: That Ordinance No. 1991, Section 27.2 which

reclassifies and rezones certain parcels of real property within
7
the City of San Bernardino and amends the zoning map accordingly
8
is hereby amended by adding thereto the following:

PARCEL THREE HUNDRED FORTY-NINE (Petition No. 513)

The north 50 feet of Lot 7, Tract No. 2316, Conejo Ranchos,
as per plat recorded in Book 33 of Maps, page 31, re-
cords of San Bernardino County.
(West side of Fairfax Drive, 140 feet, more or less, south
of Hillside Drive).
From zone classification R-2. Two-Family Residential, to
zone classification R-3, Multiple Family Residential.

PARCEL THREE HUNDRED FIFTY
(Petition No. 515)

The East 3/4 of Lot 7, Block 33 of the City of San Bernar-
dino, as per plat recorded in Book 7 of Maps, page 1,
records of said County. Also, the South 100 feet of
Lot 5 and the Westerly 94 feet of Lot 6, all in
Block 33, City of San Bernardino, in the City of San Ber-
nardino, as per plat recorded in Book 7 of Maps, page 1,
records of said County. Also, that portion of Lots 2

described as follows: Beginning at a point on the south
line of said Lot 3, 50 feet east of the southwest corner
of said lot; thence north and parallel with the west line

east 165 feet, more or less, to a point 65 feet east of
the northwest corner of said Lot 2; thence south to the
south line of said Lot 2; thence west 165 feet, more or
less, to the point of beginning.
