HomeMy WebLinkAbout2482 1 ORDINANCE NO. ci ;/,f,2 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1991, KNOWN AS THE "lAND USE ZONING ORDINANCE" RECLASSIFYING AND REZONING CERTAIN PARCELS OF lAND AND AMENDING THE ZONING MAP ACCORDINGLY. THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION ONE: That Ordinance No. 1991, Section 27.2 which reclassifies and rezones certain parcels of real property within the City of San Bernardino and amends the zoning map accordingly is hereby amended by adding thereto the following: PARCEL THREE HUNDRED FIFTY-EIGHT (Petition No. 523) The east 80 Ft. of Lots 6, 7 & 8 of Block t, Del Rosa Townsite as per plat recorded in Map, Book 12, Page 42, Records of San Bernardino County. Vested in Martha White. The west 85 Ft. of the above described Lots vested in Milton L. Knapp and Lots 3, 4 and 5 of Block I, Del Rosa Townsite as per plat recorded in Map, Book 12, Page 42, Records of San Bernardino County. Vested in Ruby H. Carter, et al 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 (South side of Lynwood Drive between LoIna and Park Aves.) From zone classification R-l, Single Family Residential, to Zone classification R-3, Multiple Family Residential. PARCEL THREE HUNDRED FIFTY-NINE (Petition No. 526) Starting at the South East Corner of IIG" Street and Base Line, also the Northwest Corner of Lot 3, Block 74, Rancho San Bernardino; thence South 150 feet to:the point of beginning; thence South 150 feet along the West line of Lot 3, Block 74, Rancho San Bernardino; thence East 300 feet; thence South 200 feet more or less to the North line of La Fleur-Hockaday Tract Sub.
