HomeMy WebLinkAbout25011 ORDINANCE N0. - D / 2 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 1991, KNOWN AS THE "LAND USE ZONING ORDINANCE" RECLASSIFYING AND REZONING CERTAIN PARCELS 3 OF LAND AND AMENDING THE ZONING MAP ACCORDINGLY. 4 THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: 5 SECTION ONE: That Ordinance No. 1991, Section 27.2 which 6 reclassifies and rezones certain parcels of real property within 7 the City of San Bernardino and amends the zoning map accordingly 8 is hereby amended by adding thereto the following: 9 PARCEL THREE HUNDRED SEVENTY-TWO (Petition No. 541) 10 The North 100 feet of the South 250 feet of North half of it Lot 1, Block 17, ORANGE GROVE TRACT, WEST HIGHLAND, as per plat recorded in Book 11 of Maps, page 14, records 12 of said County. 13 The South 100 feet of the North 403.75 feet of the North half of Lot 1, Block 17, ORANGE GROVE TRACT, WEST HIGHLAND, 14 as per plat recorded in Book 11 of Maps, page 14, records of said County. 15 (East side of Golden Ave., 200 feet south of Lynwood Dr.) 16 From zone classification R-1, Single Family Residential, to 17 zone classification C-2, Community Commercial. lg PARCEL THREE HUNDRED SEVENTY-THREE (Petition No. 542) lq Parcel 1, Lots 9 and 10 of Sperry's Subdivision as per plat recorded in Book 21 of Maps, Page 63, records of z0 said County. zl Parcel 2, Lot 1, Block A, Frank C.
