Cy' 1 ORDINANCE NO. c1 ,,/' %,9 2 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1991, KNOWN AS THE "LAND USE ZONING ORDINANCE" RECLASSIFYING AND REZONING CERTAIN 3 PARCELS OF LAND AND AMENDING THE ZONING MAP ACCORDINGLY. 4 THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: s SECTION ONE: That Ordinance No. 1991, Section 27.2 which 6 reclassifies and rezones certain parcels of real property within 7 the City of San Bernardino and amends the zoning map accordingly 8 9 is hereby amended by adding thereto the following: PARCEL THREE HUNDRED SIXTY-FIVE (Petition No. 532) That portion of the West 1/2 of the Southeast 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 15, Township 1 North, Range 4 West, Rancho Muscupiabe, as per plat recorded in Book 7 of Maps, page 23, re- cords of said County, by extending said Section lines across said Rancho described as follows: 10 11 12 13 14 Beginning at a point in the East line thereof, 304.73 feet North of the Southeast corner thereof; thence North along said East line, 155 feet; thence West and parallel with the North line of 40th Street, 270 feet to the East line of Sierra Way; thence South along the East line of Sierra Way, 155 feet to the Northwest corner of the parcel conveyed to William E. Wilkinson by deed recorded June 8, 1945 in Book 1784, page 400, Official Records; thence Easterly and parallel with the North line of 40th Street, 270 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning. Except that portion of the 20 foot alley lying within the above described premises. Also excepting therefrom the North 75 feet thereof conveyed to William E. Waldorf, et ux., by deed recorded December 16, 1959, in Book 5010, page 567, Official Records. Also excepting therefrom the parcel west of alley. (Generally 304 feet, more or less, north of 40th Street, 100 feet east of Sierra Way). From zone classification R-1, Single Family Residential, to zone classification C-3A, Limited General Commercial. . PARCEL THREE HUNDRED SIXTY-SIX (Petition No. 533) That portion of the Muscupiabe Rancho, being in Section 29, Township 1 North, Range 4 West, San Bernardino Base and Meridian, if said lines were extended across said Rancho, lying partly within and partly outside of the City of San Bernardino, as per plat recorded in Book 7 of Maps, page 23, records of said County, described as follows: Beginning at the intersection of the South line of the Rancho Muscupiabe with the East line of Muscott Street as originally registered 40 feet wide; thence North along the East line of said Muscott Street 302.80 feet; thence East parallel to the South line of said Rancho Muscupiabe 641.73 feet to the West line of the 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 29 30 31 32 1 State Highway; thence Southeasterly along said highway to the South line of said Rancho Muscupiabe; thence West along the South line of said Rancho Muscupiabe 883.07 feet to the point of beginning. Saving and Excepting therefrom the North 152.8 feet thereof. Also Saving and Excepting therefrom the west 579.43 feet lying within the County. (Generally on the south side of Cajon Boulevard, north of 27th Street). From zone classification R-l, Single Family Residential, to zone classification C-M, Commercial Manufacturing.
