USE ZONING ORDINANCE" RECLASSIFYING AND REZONING CERTAIN PARCELS
3 OF IAND AND AMENDING THE ZONING MAP ACCORDINGLY.

DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION ONE: That Ordinance Noo 1991, Section 2702 which

reclassifies and rezones certain parcels of real property within
7
the City of 9an Bernardino and amends the zoning map accordingly
8
is hereby amended by adding thereto the following:

PARCEL THREE HUNDRED EIGHTY-TWO (Petition Noe 556)

The Southwest 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of the Southwest
11 1/4 of the Section 6, Township 1 South, Range 4 West,
San Bernardino Meridian according to Government Survey;
12 excepting therefrom the East 5 acres of said property;
also excepting the West 30 feet for public highway
13 purposes; also excepting the South 50 feet lying within
Foothill Boulevard; and also excepting the south 300 feet
la which is zoned C-3A. Approximately 2 1/4 acres beginning
300 feet north of the northeast corner of Foothill Blvdo
15 and Meridian Avenue and having 325 foot, more or less,
frontage on Meridian Ave.
