AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0, 1991, KNOWN AS THE `°L
USE ZONING ORDINANCE" RECIASSIFYING AND REZONING CERTAIN PARCELS
OF LAND AND AMENDING THE ZONING MAP ACCORDINGLY.
THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO
DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION ONE: That Ordinance No. 1991, Section 27.2 which
reclassifies and rezones certain parcels of real property within
the City of San Bernardino and amends the zoning map accordingly
is hereby amended by adding thereto the following:
PARCEL THREE HUNDRED EIGHTY-FIVE (Petition No, 562)
The East One-half of I.ots l and 2, Block 27, Rancho
San Bernardino, r~ecorded in Book 7 of Maps, Page 2,
Records of San Bernardino County.
(The southwest corner of Mill and "I" Streets.)
From zone classification R-1, Single Family Residential,
to zone classification C-M, Commercial Manufacturing.
PARCEL THREE HUNDRED EIGHTY-SIX (Petition No. 563)
Lots 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 and 9, Block 19, Tract No. 1834,
San Bernardino Heightso
(South side of 49th Street, three lots east of LeRoy St,)
From zone classification R-1, Single Family Residential,
to zone classification R-3, Multiple Family Residentialo
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Ordinance was duly
