HomeMy WebLinkAbout2494 / 1 ORDINANCE NO. ~~ :;7 ~ 2 I AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1991, KNOWN AS THE , "LAND USE ZONING ORDINANCE" RECLASSIFYING AND REZONING CERTAIN 3 PARCELS OF LAND AND AMENDING THE ZONING MAP ACCORDINGLY. 4 THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO 00 ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: 5 6 SECTION ONE: That Ordinance No. 1991, Section 27.2 which reclassifies and rezones certain parcels of real property within the City of San Bernardino and amends the zoning map accordingly is hereby amended by adding thereto the following: PARCEL THREE HUNDRED SIXTY-EIGHT (Petition No. 536) 7 8 9 10 11 That portion of Rancho Muscupiabe, as per plat recorded in Book 7 of Maps, page 23, records of said County, being a portion of N 1/2 of NE 1/4 of SW 1/4 of SE 1/4 of Section 15, Township 1 N, Range 4 W, SBB&M, if said Section lines were extended across said Rancho, daf: COMMENCING at a point in W line of Sepulveda Avenue, formerly Arrowhead Boulevard, 60 feet wide, as shown on Map of Tract 1834, San Bernardino Heights, as per plat recorded in Book 26 of Maps, page 52, records of said County, distant thereon North 127.70 feet from its intersection with the S line of the N 1/2 of the NE 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of said Section 15; thence W parallel to S line of the said N 1/2 of the NE 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of said Section 15, 150.8 feet; thence N parallel to the W line of Sepulveda Ave., 120 feet; thence E parallel to the S line of the property herein described, 150.8 ft. to the W line of Sepulveda Ave; thence S along said W line of Sepulveda Ave. 120 feet to the point of beginning.
