AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 1991, KNOWN AS THE "IAND
USE ZONING ORDINANCE" RECLASSIFYING AND REZONING CERTAIN PARCELS
LAND AND AMENDING THE ZONING MAP ACCORDINGLY.
THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO DO
ORDAIN AS FOLLOFIS:
SECTION ONE: That Ordinance No, 1991, Section 27.2 which re-
classifies and rezones certain parcels of real property within
City of San Bernardino and amends the zoning map accordingly is
hereby amended by adding thezeto the following:
PARCEL THREE HUNDRED EIGHTY-SEVEN (Petition No, 565)
The South 95 feet of the following described property in
Lot 4, Block 41, RANCHO SAN BERNARDINO as per plat re-
corded in Book 7, page 2, of maps, Beginning at a point
which is distant 380 fto S o3' East from a point in North
line of lot 4, distant 73509 ft, E of the NW corner of
lot 5, in said Blk. 4, thence Eastezly Parallel to the
North line of said lot 4, 218.32 fto more or less to the
West line of a 40 foot street which West line of Street
is distant 11.03 feet West of the East line of the prop-
erty conveyed to Geo, Be Persinger, et al, by Deed re-
corded in Book 151 of official records page 343, thence
Southerly along the west line of said ~+0 foot street 380
feet• thence Westerly to a point distant 380 feet South
0 03i East from the point of beginning of the land hereby
conveyed, thence North 0 03' West to the point of be-
ginning.
(Generally 252 feet north of Baseline on the west side
of Valencia Ave.)
