HomeMy WebLinkAbout2562 i 1 ORDINANCE N0. ~ 2 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 1991 KNOWN AS THE "LAND USE ZONING ORDINANCE" RECLASSIFYING AND REZONING CERTAIN 3 PARCELS OF IAND AND AMENDING THE ZONING MAP ACCORDINGLY. 4 THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNAR- DINO DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: 5 SECTION ONE: That Ordinance No. 1991, Section 27.2 which 6 reclassifies and rezones certain parcels of real property within 7 the City of San Bernardino and amends the zoning map accordingly s is hereby amended by adding thereto the following: 9 PARCEL FOUR HUNDRED SEVEN (Petition No. 589) to Lots 7 and 8 of Tract 2134 as per plat recorded u in Book 31 of Maps Page 9, records of San Ber- nardino County. (South side of 19th Street, be- 12 ginning approximately 212 feet east of Sepulveda Avenue.) 13 From zone classification R-1 Single Family Resi- 14 dential to R-3 Multiple Family Residential. 15 ~ PARCEL FOUR HUNDRED EIGHT (Petition No. 595) 16 Portion of Lots 2 and 3, Block 14, Rancho San 17 Bernardino, in the City of San Bernardino, County of San Bernardino, State of California, 18 as per plat recorded in Book 7 of Maps, page 19 2, records of said County, described as follows: Beginning at a point on the North line of Cen- 20 tral Ave., 85.49 feet east of the intersection of the North line of Central Avenue and the east 21 line of Sycamore Street as shown on the Map of Corbett Subdivision No. 2, recorded in Book 14 22 of Maps, page 21, records of said County; thence East 100 feet, more or less, to the Southwest 23 corner of the land conveyed to A. A, Shubert by deed, September 28, 1912 and recorded in Book 24 515 of Deeds, page 29; thence North 145 feet; thence West 100 feet, more or less, to the north- 25 east corner of the land conveyed to K.
