2 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1991 KNOWN AS THE "lAND
USE ZONING ORDINANCE" REClASSIFYING AND REZONING CERTAIN PARCELS
3 OF lAND AND AMENDING THE ZONING MAP ACCORDINGLY.
4 THE MAYOR AND COHMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO
DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION ONE: That Ordinance No. 1991 Section 27.2 which
6
reclassifies and rezones certain parcels of real property within
the City of San Bernardino and amends the zoning map accordingly
is hereby amended by adding thereto the following:

Parcell. That portion of Lot 2, Block 85, RANCHO
SAN BERNARDINO, in the City of San Bernardino, as
per plat recorded in Book 7 of Haps, page 2, records
of said County, described as follows: Beginning at
a point on the West line of Lugo Street 213.35 feet
North of the North line of Highland Avenue; thence
North 890 59' West 138 feet to a point 41.25 feet
East of the center line of said Lot; thence North 50
feet, thence South 890 59' East 138 feet, thence
South 50 feet to the point of beginning.
