AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. {99l KNOWN AS THE "lAND
USE ZONING ORDINANCEII RECIASSIFYING AND REZONING CERTAIN PARCELS
OF LAND AND AMENDING THE ZONING MAP ACCORDINGLY.
THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO
DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION ONE: That Ordinance No. 1991 Section 27.2 which

reclassifies and rezones certain parcels of real property within
the City of San Bernardino and amends the zoning map accordingly
is hereby amended by adding thereto the following:

Lots 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, Block 1; and
lots 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21 and
22, Block 2; SAN BERNARDINO HEIGHTS TRACT NO. 1834,
as per plat recorded in Book 26 of Maps, page 52, records
of San Bernardino County, State of California.
(North side of 40th Street beginning 140 feet
east of Sepulveda Avenue and extending east to
Waterman Avenue).
