HomeMy WebLinkAbout2671 1 ORDINANCE NO.. $ ;; 7/ / 2 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1991 KNOWN AS THE "LAND USE ZONING ORDINANCE" RECLASSIFYING AND REZONING CERTAIN PARCELS 3 OF LAND AND AMENDING THE ZONING MAP ACCORDINGLYo 4 THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: 5 SECTION ONE: That Ordinance No. 1991 Section 2702 which 6 reclassifies and rezones certain parcels of real property within 7 8 the City of San Bernardino and amends the zoning map accordingly is hereby amended by adding thereto the following: 9 PARCEL FOUR HUNDRED FIFTY-EIGHT (Petition No. 661) 10 11 Portion of Lot 8 of Block 82 of RANCHO SAN BERNARDINO as per Map Book 7, page 2, Records of San Bernardino County, described as follows: Beginning at the northwest corner of said Lot 8 and running thence East along the south line of Mill Street 600 feet; thence South to a point 600 feet north of the center line of Johnst~n Street as shown on Tract 2239; thence West parallel to said Johnston Street 600 feet to a point on the West line of said Lot 8; thence North to the point of beginning, subject to street easement on the West 33 feet of Lot 8.
