2 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1991 KNOWN AS THE "LAND
USE ZONING ORDINANCE" RECLASSIFYING AND REZONING CERTAIN PARCELS
3 OF LAND AND AMENDING THE ZONING MAP ACCORDINGLYo
4 THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO
DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION ONE: That Ordinance No. 1991 Section 2702 which

reclassifies and rezones certain parcels of real property within
7

the City of San Bernardino and amends the zoning map accordingly
is hereby amended by adding thereto the following:

PARCEL FOUR HUNDRED FIFTY-EIGHT

SAN BERNARDINO as per Map Book 7, page 2,
Records of San Bernardino County, described
as follows:
Beginning at the northwest corner of said
Lot 8 and running thence East along the south
line of Mill Street 600 feet; thence South to
a point 600 feet north of the center line of
Johnst~n Street as shown on Tract 2239; thence
West parallel to said Johnston Street 600 feet to
a point on the West line of said Lot 8; thence
North to the point of beginning, subject to street
