USE ZONING ORDINANCE" RECIASSIFYING AND REZONING CERTAIN PARCEIS 3 JOF lAND AND AMENDING THE ZONING MAP ACCORDINGLY.. ! 4 I THE MAKOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO I DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: 5 6 7 8 is 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 29 30 31 32 SECTION ONE: That Ordinance NOQ 1991 Section 27..2 which reclassifies and rezones certain parcels of real property within the City of San Bernardino and amends the zoning map accordingly hereby amended by adding thereto the following: PARCEL FOUR HUNDRED SIXTY..THREE (Petition No. 666) Lots 5 and 6 of Tract 1732 Block 15, San Bernardino County in Map Book 25 page 15, records of said Count Yo (East side of Western approximately 300 feet South of Goodlett). From zone classification "R..l..7200" Single Family Residential to "A-P" Administrative-Professional., PARCEL FOUR HUNDRED SIXTY..FOUR (Petition No. 667) That portion of Lots 1, 2, 3} 4 and 8, Block 14, City of San Bernardino, in the County of San Bernardino, State of California, as per plat recorded in Book 7 of Maps~ page 2, described as follows: Beginning at a point in the West line of said Lot 4 227 feet South of the Northwest corner of said Bloct_--., 14, said point being the Northwest corner of a parcel of land conveyed to John Suverkrup Lumber Company by Deed recorded June 17, 1946, as Instrument No. 148 in Book 1911 of Official Records, page 174, records of said County; thence East 143 feet; thence South 37..5 feet to a point in the South line of the North 265..5 feet of said Block 14; thence East 5.5 feet; thence South 26 feet; more or less, to a point in the South line of the North 29005 feet of said Block 14; thence East to a point in the East line of said Lot 4; thence #South to the Northwest corner of said Lot 8; thence East along the North line of said Lot 8 to the Northwest corner of the East 170 feet of said Lot 1 and 8, thence South along the West line of said East 170 feet to a point in the South line of said Lot 1; thence West to the Southwest corner of said Lot 2, thence North along the West lines of Lots 2, 3 and 4 to the point of beginning..
