2 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1991 KNCMN AS THE "L.'\ND
USE ZONING ORDINANCE" RECLASSIFYING AND REZONING CERTAIN PARCELS
3 OF L.'\ND AND AMENDING THE ZONING MAP ACCORDINGLY.
4 THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO
DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION ONE~ That Ordinance No. 1991 Section 27.2 which
reclassifies and rezones certain parcels of real property within
the City of San Bernardino and amends the zoning map accordingly
is hereby amended by adding thereto the following~
PARCEL FOUR HUNDRED SIXTY-NINE
(Petition No. 672)
The north 45 feet of the following described property~
A portion of the west 5 acres of the east 25.38 acres of
Lot 6, Block 86, Rancho San Bernardino, as per map recorded
in Book 7, page 2, of Maps, in the office of the County
Recorder of said County, and further described as follows~
Commencing at the southeast corner of said west 5 acres of
the east 25.38 acres of Lot 6 on the north line of Highland
Avenue; thence north 180 feet; thence west 111.3 feet to
a point 20 feet east of the west line of said west 5 acres
of the east 25.38 acres; thence south 45 feet; thence west
20 feet, to the west line of said west 5 acres of the east
25.38 acres of said Lot 6; thence south 135 feet to the
north line of Highland Avenue; thence East 131.3 feet to
the point of beginning.
(East side of Cedar Street, 135 feet north of Highland Avenue.)
From zone classification "R-1-720G" Single Family Residential
to "C-3A" Limited General Commercial.
PARCEL FOUR HUNDRED SEVENTY
(Petition No. 675)
All that portion of Lot lOJ Block 54, Rancho San Bernardino,
as per map recorded in BOOk 7 of Maps, page 2, records of
San Bernardino County, California, lying north of the
northerly line of that 50-foot right-of-way of Colton Avenue
(F Street) and extended easterly, as conveyed to the County
of San Bernardino by Deed recorded August 31, 1915, in Book
577 of Deeds, page 81.
Said property is also shown on Licensed Land Surveyor's Maps
in Book 4 of Record of Surveys, page 12.
SAVING AND EXCEPTING THEREFROM the following described property
That portion of Lot 10, Block 54, Rancho San Bernardino as
per map recorded in Book 7 of Maps, page 2, Records of San
Bernardino County, California, and more particularly described
as follows~ BEGINNING at a point on the North line of said
Lot 10 that bears North 89" 23' 27" West, 82.08 feet from
the Northeast corner of said Lot 10; thence South 89" 23' 27"
East along said North line, a distance of 82.08 feet to the
said Northeast corner of Lot 10; thence southerly along the
East line of said Lot 10, a distance of 435.00 feet; thence
