AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1991 KNOWN AS TIlE "LAND
USE ZONING ORDINANCE" RECLASSIFYING AND REZONING CERTAIN PARCELS
OF LAND AND AMENDING TIlE ZONING MAP ACCORDINGLY.
TIlE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO
DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION ONE: That Ordinance No. 1991 Section 27.2 which
reclassifies and rezones certain parcels of real property within
the City of San Bernardino and amends the zoning map accordingly
is hereby amended by adding thereto the following:
PARCEL FOUR HUNDRED SEVENTY-ONE
(Petition No. 677)
Lot 17 and 18, Block 2, El Portolo Tract 1759, City of San
Bernardino.
(West side of Western Avenue, 140 feet north of 5th Street.
From zone classification "R-2" Two-family Residential
to "C-3A" Limited General Commercial.
PARCEL FOUR HUNIRED SEVENTY-TWO
(Petition No. 67
All that portion o~J.ot 8, Block 23, Rancho San Bernardino,
County of San Bernarcl4oo, State of California, as per Plat
recorded in Book 7 of Maps, Page 2, records of said County,
lying east of the easterly line of Muscott Street as same
now exists.
EXCEPTING therefrom the easterly 102.57 feet and EXCEPTING
therefrom the southerly 150 feet.
(Lying on the east side of Muscott beginning 150 feet north
of 5th Street.)
From zone classification "R-2" Two-family Residential to
"C-3A" Limited General Commercial.
