RECIASSIFYING AND REZONING CERTAIN PARCELS 3 OF lAND AND AMENDING THE ZONING MAP ACCORDINGLY. 4 THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: 5 SECTION ONE: That Ordinance No. 1991 Section 27.2 which 6 7 reclassifies and rezones certain parcels of real property within the City of San Bernardino and amends the zoning map accordingly is hereby amended by adding thereto the following: 8 9 PARCEL FOUR HUNDRED SEVENTY-THREE (Petition No. 680) 10 11 A portion of the Southeast 1/4, Section 7, Township 1 South, Range 4 West, San Bernardino Base and Meridian, described as follows: Beginning at the northeast corner of Government Lot No.6, located at the center line of Rancho Avenue, thence south 40 191 15" west along the center line of said avenue a distance of 1031.48 feet; thence north 850 40t OS" west a distance of 363.71 feet; thence south 40 19i 55" west a distance of 41.00 feet; thence north 00 161 44" west a distance of 41.55 feet; thence south 890 431 16" west a distance of 119090 feet to the northwest corner of Tract No. 5457; thence south 00 l6lt 44" east a distance of 182.46 feet; thence south 850 391 30" east a distance of 0.79 feet; thence south O. 141 40" east a distance of 175.54 feet to a point in the south line of the northwest 1/4, southeast 1/4 of Government Lot 6, Section 7; thence south 890 45' 00" west along said line a distance of 731.49 feet to the southeast corner of the southwest 1/4, northwest 1/4, southeast 1/4, Section 7; thence north 00 061 24" west a distance of 660.70 feet; thence north 890 421 53" east a distance of 1348.59 feet to the point of beginning.
