I 2 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1991 KNOWN AS THE "LAND USE ZONING ORDINANCE" REClASSIFYING AND REZONING CERTAIN PARCELS OF 3 lAND AND AMENDING THE ZONING MAP ACCORDINGLY. 4 THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: 5 6 7 I 8; 91 i 101 111 , i 12' 13 ! , 141 15 ! 161 i 171 , 18! 191 ! 20 21; 22 23 SECTION ONE: That Ordinance No. 1991 Section 27.2 which re- classifies and rezones certain parcels of real property within the City of San Bernardino and amends the zoning map accorffingly is hereby amended by adding thereto the following: PARCEL FOUR HUNDRED NINETY (Petition No. 701) That portion of Lot 6, Block 17, ORANGE GROVE TRACT, WEST HIGHLANDS, as per plat recorded in Book 11 of Maps, page 14, records of said County. TOGETHER WITH that portion of Rose Street, vacated, adjoining on the South, described as follows: BEGINNING at the intersection of the South Line of Olive Street, with the West line of Del Rosa Avenue; thence West along the South line of Olive Street, 255.75 feet to the Northeast corner of Lot 2, Block 4, DEL ROSA TOWNSITE, as per plat recorded in Book 12 of Maps, page 42, thence South along the East line of Lots 2 and 1, block 4 of said DEL ROSA TOWNSITE, and the Southerly extension of said East line, 285.75 feet to the center line of Rose Street, vacated; thence east along the center line of Rose Street, vacated, 255.75 feet to the West line of Del Rosa Avenue; thence North along the West line of Del Rosa Avenue, 285.75 feet to the point of beginning.
