NANCE NO. 2374 ENTITLED "AN ORDINANCE CREATING AND ESTABLISHING A

THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO
5 DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION ONE: The title of Ordinance No. 2374 is hereby
7 amended to read as fo I lows :

"AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO CREATING AND
9 ESTABLISHING A FUND TO BE CALLED THE tpUBLIC PARK DEVELOPMENT AND
10 RECREATION FUND. I"

SECTION TWO: Ordinance No. 2374 Section One is hereby
12 amended to read as follows:

. "SECTION ONE: That there is hereby created and established
14 a fund to be called the "Public Park Development and Recreation
15 Fund". All expenditures from said Fund shall be for the extension
16 and development of the public park system of the City and for the
17 construction and reconstruction of facilities for public recreation,
18 the construction of recreation buildings with equipment, apparatus,
19 and furniture therefor, and including for the foregoing the acqui-
20 sition of any land, property, easements, rights of way, equipment,
21 apparatus and other property necessary therefor.~

SECTION THREE: Ordinance No. 2374 Section Two is hereby
23 amended to read as follows:

"SECTION TWO: That each and every year the Mayor and
25 Common Council shall fix and establish for the General Fund at
26 least four cents tax per one hundred dollars assessed valuation
27 and the amount derived from said tax shall be transferred during
28 the same fiscal year from the General Fund to the Public Park
29 I
Development and Recreation Fund.'
