AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1991 KNOWN AS TIlE "LAND
USE ZONING ORDINANCE" RECLASSIFYING AND REZONING CERTAIN PARCELS
OF LAND AND AMENDING, TIlE ZONING MAP ACCORDINGLY.
TIlE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF TIlE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO
00 ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION ONE: That Ordinance No. 1991 Section 27.2 which
reclassifies and rezones certain parcels of real property within
the Clty of San Bernardino and amends the zoning map accordingly
is hereby amended by adding thereto the following:
PARCEL FIVE HUNDRED TIlIRTEEN (Petition No. 731)
All that portion of the Northwest 1/4 of Section
15, Township 1 North, Range 4 'West, San Bernardino
Meridian, in the City of San Bernardino, County
of San Bernardino, State of California, as per plat
recorded in Book 7 of Maps, page 23, being that
portion of Muscupiabe Ranch, described as follows:
COMMENCING at the intersection of the center line
of Mayfield Avenue and the North line of Tract
5039, as per map recorded in Book 62, page 45 of
Maps, in the office of the Count,Y Recorder of said
County; thence North 000 07' 32' East 160.30 feet
to the true voint of beginning; thence continuing
North 000 07 32" East 275.38 feet to a point which
is 30.00 feet Westerly of the Southwest corner of
the land described in the deed to the City of San
Bernardino recorded March 4, 1937 in Book 1191,
page 296, Official Records, in the office of the
County Recorder of said county; thence South 890
53' 00" East 574.48 feet along the South line of said
eity lanft and its Westerly prolongation to a point
on the West line of Electric Avenue, said point
being the Southeast corner of said City land; thence
South 000 19' 16" West 452.85 feet, more or less,
along said West line of Electric Avenue to a point
which is South 720 43' 13" East of the true point
of beginning; thence North 720 43' 13" West 600.99
feet more or less, to the true point of beginning.

Avenue and Mayfie],d Avenue.)
