THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO 00 ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: 3 4 5 SECTION ONE: That Ordinance No. 1991 Section 27.2 which 6 7 8 reclassifies and rezones certain parcels of real property within 9 the City of San Bernardino and amends the zoning map accordingly is hereby amended by adding thereto the following: PARCEL FIVE HUNDRED THIRTY-THREE (Petition No. 758) Lot #5, Sunset Heights Subdivision, Book 17, Page 32 of Maps, County of San Bernar- dino, State of California, Lot #6, Sunset Heights Subdivision, Book 17, Page 32 of Maps, County of San Bernar- dino, State of California. (Generally located at the northwest corner of 13th and Acacia Streets, 1304 Acacia. From zone classification R-3-1200 Multiple Family Residential District to A & P Admin- istrative, Professional and Research District. PARCEL FIVE HUNDRED THIRTY-FOUR (Petition No. 759) Lots 1 through 7 inclusive, Block J, Portion Rose Gardens Subdivision, as recorded in Book 21, Page 53 of Maps, County of San Bernardino, State of California.
