AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1991 KNOWN AS THE "LAND
USE ZONING ORDINANCE" RECLASSIFYING AND REZONING CERTAIN PARCELS
OF LAND AND AMENDING THE ZONING MAP ACCORDINGLY.
THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO

SECTION ONE: That Ordinance No. 1991 Section 27.2 which

reclassifies and rezones certain parcels of real property within

the City of San Bernardino and amends the zoning map accordingly
is hereby amended by adding thereto the following:

imately 4.0 acres more or less, lying on the
Easterly side of the proposed Northerly exten-
sion of Little Mountain Drive and extending
from a point approximately 800 feet Northerly
of the Westerly extension of the centerline
of Marshall Boulevard, to a point approximately
850 feet Northerly thereof, as more particu-
larly delineated on the attached Exhibit Map
marked "A" and incorporated by reference herein.
