THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: 5 SECTION ONE: That Ordinance No. 1991 Section 2702 which reclassifies and rezones certain parcels of real property within the City of San Bernardino and amends the zoning map accordingly is hereby amended by adding thereto the following: PARCEL FIVE HUNDRED THIRTY-NINE , (Petition No. 764) That portion of the RANCHO MUSCUPIABE, as per plat recorded in Book 7 of Maps, page 23, records of san Bernardino County, California, lying within the Northeast one-quarter of Section 22, Township 1 North, Range 4 West, San Bernardino Base and\ Meridian, if said Section lines were projected across said Rancho, described as follows: Commencing at the intersection of the South- erly line of 40th Street as conveyed to the City of San Bernardino by deed recorded July 16, 1958 in Book 4555, page 328, Official Records, with a line parallel with and dis- tant 435.00 feet Easterly, measured at right angles from the East line of Lugo Ave- nue, as conveyed to the County of San Bernar- dino by deed recorded April 24, 1936, in Book 1127, page 450, Official Records; thence South 010 11' 50" West, along said parallel line, 450.33 feet to the Point of Beginningl thence South 010 11' 50" West, 165.45 feet to a point in the North line of Ralston Avenue, 60.00 feet in width, said point being on a curve in said North line concave to the Southwest and having a radius of 490.64 feet, a radial through said point bearing North 350 57' 00" East thence Southeasterly along said curve, through a central angle of 080 01' 35", a distance of 68.73 feet to the beginning of a tangent curve, concave to the North and having a radius of 15.00 feet; thence Southeasterly, Easterly and North- easterly along said curve, through a central angle of 900 01' 00", a distance of 23.57 feet to the beginning of a tangent curve, in the Northwesterly line of Sonora Drive, 60.00 feet in width, said curve being concave to the Northwest and having a radius of 3367.39 feet; thence Northeasterly along said curve, . through a central angle of 040 38' 16", a . distance of 272.56 feet; thence North 880 44' 40" West, 251.50 feet to the Point of Beginning. 8 I 91 10 I 111 121 i 131 14,1 I 151 Ii 16 I 17 I of i 1811 " 1911 20 ! , , 21 i Ii 22 ' 23 241 25 261' 27 28 29 30 31 32 1 2 3 4 (Generally located at the Northwest corner of Sonora Drive and Ralston Avenue.)
