SECTION ONE: That Ordinance No. 1991 Section 27.2 which

reclassifies and rezones certain parcels of real property within
the City of San Bernardino and amends the zoning map accordingly
is hereby amended by adding thereto the following:
PARCEL FIVE HUNIRED FORTY-ONE

The West 180 feet of the West 1/2 of Lot
119, measured from the center line of
Pepper Street, TOWN OF RIALTO AND ADJOIN-
" ING SUBDIVISIONS, in the City of San Ber-
nardino, County of San Bernardino, State
of California, as per plat recorded in
Book 4 of Maps, page 11, records of said
County.
(Generally located at the Southeast corner
of Pepper Avenue and Mill Street.)
From zone classification R-1-7200 Single Family
Residential District to C-l Neighborhood Com-
mercial District.

California, described as follows:
COMMENCING at the southwest corner of Sec-
tion 7, being the centerline intersection
of Meridian Avenue and Mill Avenue; thence
along the west line of said section 7,
and along the centerline of said Meridian
Avenue, north 360.00 feet to a point on
the north 1 ine of the south 360.00 feet of
said section 7, said north line being the
proposed centerline of a 20' wide alley,
said point being also the TRUE POINT OF
BEGINNING; thence continuing along said
west line, and along the centerline of said
Meridian Avenue, north 140.00 feet to a
point on the north line of the south 500.00 feet
of said section 7, last mentioned north line
being the proposed centerline of a 60' wide

thence southeasterly along last mentioned
curve an arc distance of 45 feet more or less
to the point of tangency on the east line of
