I 19 i 20 ' 21 ' 22 i i 23 i 241 I 25 i 261 I 271 281 291 30 31 32 e SECTION ONE: That Ordinance No. 1991 Section 27.2 which 6 7 8 9 reclassifies and rezones certain parcels of real property within the City of San Bernardino and amends the zoning map accordingly is hereby amended by adding thereto the following: PARCEL FIVE HUNIRED FORTY-ONE (Petition No. 765) The West 180 feet of the West 1/2 of Lot 119, measured from the center line of Pepper Street, TOWN OF RIALTO AND ADJOIN- " ING SUBDIVISIONS, in the City of San Ber- nardino, County of San Bernardino, State of California, as per plat recorded in Book 4 of Maps, page 11, records of said County. (Generally located at the Southeast corner of Pepper Avenue and Mill Street.) From zone classification R-1-7200 Single Family Residential District to C-l Neighborhood Com- mercial District. PARCEL FIVE HUNDRED FORTY-TWO (Petition No. 767) .
