HomeMy WebLinkAbout2858 v .27 1 ORDINANCE NO. ,;l1.5!_ 2 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1991 KNOWN AS THE "lAND USE ZONING ORDINANCE" REClASSIFYING AND REZONING CERTAIN PARCELS 3 OF lAND AND AMENDING THE ZONING MAP ACCORDINGLY. 4 THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: 5 SECTION ONE: That Ordinance No. 1991 Section 27.2 which 6 7 reclassifies and rezones certain parcels of real property within the City of San Bernardino and amends the zoning map accordingly is hereby amended by adding thereto the following: 8 9 PARCEL FIVE HUNDRED FORTY-SIX (Petition 774) 10 11 Parcel No.1: Portion of Lot 5, Block 3 of Rancho San Bernardino, in the City of San Ber- nardino, County of San Bernardino, State of California, as per plat recorded in Book 7 of Maps, page 2, records of said County, described as follows: 12 13 14 Beginning at a point 350 feet south of the northeast corner of said Lot 5; thence west 200 feet, parallel to the north line of said Lot 5; thence south parallel to the east line of said Lot 5, 100 feet; thence east parallel to the north line 200 feet to east line of said lot; thence north 100 feet to the point of beginning; Parcel No.2: Portion of Lot 5, Block 3 of Rancho San Bernardino, in the City of San Bernardino, State of California, as per plat thereof recorded in Book 7 of Maps, page 2, records of said County, described as follows: Commencing at a point on the east line of said Lot 5, 300 feet south of the northeast corner of said Lot 5; thence west parallel to the north line of said Lot 5, 200 feet; thence south parallel to the east line of said Lot 5, 50 feet; thence east parallel to the north line of said Lot 5, 200 feet to a point on the east line of said Lot 5, 50 feet south of the point of beginning; thence north 50 feet to the point of beginning; Parcel No.3: Portion of Lot 5, Block 3, Rancho San Bernardino, in the City of San Bernardino, County of San Bernardino, State of California, as per plat thereof recorded in Book 7 of Maps, page 2, records of said County, described as follows: Commencing at a point on the east line of said Lot 5, 250 feet south of the northeast corner of said Lot 5; thence west parallel to the north line of said Lot 5, 200 feet; thence south 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 28 29 30 31 32 . 1 parallel to the east line of said Lot 5, 50 feet; thence east parallel to the north line of said Lot 5, 200 feet to a point on the east line of said Lot 5, 50 feet south of the point of beginning; thence north 50 feet to the point of beginning.
