HomeMy WebLinkAbout2878 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 29 30 31 32 1 ORDINANCE NO. .;?Y';7Y'" 2 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1991 KNOWN AS THE "LAND USE ZONING ORDINANCE" REClASSIFYING AND REZONING CERTAIN 3 PARCELS OF LAND AND AMENDING THE ZONING MAP ACCORDINGLY. 4 THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: 5 SECTION ONE: That Ordinance No. 1991 Section 27.2 which 6 7 reclassifies and rezones certain parcels of real property within the City of San Bernardino and amends the zoning map accordingly is hereby amended by adding thereto the following: 8 9 PARCEL FIVE HUNDRED FIFTY-ONE (Petition No. 781) Lots 1 and 2 tract 3584, Parks ide Square Unit No.2 as per plat shown in book 47 of maps, page 24 records of San Bernardino County. Also that remnant portion of Lot 3, Tract No. 3584 Parks ide Square lying south of the State Highway right of way. (The northeast corner of Waterman Avenue and 29th Street. 124 feet frontage on Waterman Avenue from the freeway to 29th Street by 121 feet in depth through to Broadmoor Place.) From zone classification R-1-7200 Single Family Residential to C-l Neighborhood Commercial.' SECTION TWO: That Ordinance No. 1991 Section 27.2 which reclassifies and rezones certain parcels of real property within the City of San Bernardino and amends the zoning map accordingly is hereby amended by adding thereto the following: PARCEL FIVE HUNDRED FIFTY-TWO (Petition No. 782) That portion of Block "F" of Gatch's subdivi- sion, in the city of San Bernardino, County of San Bernardino, State of California, as per map recorded in Book 3, page 66 of maps, in the office of the County Recorder of said county, described as follows: Beginning at a point 154.39 feet west of the inter- section of the north line of Seventeenth Street, and the west line of "E" Street, thence north from this point 120 feet, thence west 50 feet, thence south 120 feet, thence east 50 feet to point of beginning. (A vacant lot 50iW x l20'N on north side of Seventeenth Street 154' west of intersection of Seventeenth and "E" Streets.) . From zone classification "T" Transitional to C-3 General Commercial. . 10 11 12 13 14 1 / SECTION THREE: That Ordinance No. 1991 Section 27.2 which 2 reclassifies and rezones certain parcels of real property within 3 the City of San Bernardino and amends the zoning map accordingly 4 is hereby amended by adding thereto the following: 5 PARCEL FIVE HUNDRED FIFTY-THREE (Petition No. 783) 6 Lot 47 of Tract No. 2208, as per map recorded in Book 31, page 86 of maps, recorded in the office of the County Recorder. (South side of 21st Street approximately 30 feet west of Lincoln Drive.)
