2 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1991 KNOWN AS THE
"LAND USE ZONING ORDINANCE" RECLASSIFYING AND REZONING CERTAIN
3 PARCELS OF LAND AND AMENDING THE ZONING MAP ACCORDINGLY.
4 THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO
DO ORMIN AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION ONE: That ordinance No. 1991 Section 27~2 which

reclassifies and rezones certain parcels of real property within
the City of San Bernardino and amends the zoning map accordingly
is hereby amended by adding thereto the following:

PARCEL FIVE HUNDRED FIFTY-FOUR

The west 659.21 feet of the following described property:
Those portions of lots 1 and 11, block 54, Rancho
San Bernardino, in the county of San Bernardino,
State of California, as per map recorded in book 7,
page 2 of maps, in the office of the county recorder
of said county, described as follows:
Beginning at a point in the north line of said
lot 11, distant thereon South 890 29' 52" West
(recorded South 89" 58' 50" West) 700.45 feet
from the intersection of said north line with the
center line of Waterman Avenue (82.5 feet in width);
thence South 00 34' 48" East (recorded South 00 10'
30" East ) 421.48 feet to a point in the west line
of the land conveyed to Robert N. Moodey, et ux,
by deed recorded November 9, 1962 in book 5799,
page 87 of Official Records of said county, said
point being the true point of beginning; said true
point of beginning also being a point in a curve
concave southwesterly and having a radius of 450.00
feet; a radial throuih said true point of beginning
bearing South 460 28 56" West; thence northwesterly
along said curve 419.89 feet, through a central angle
of 530 27' 42" to its point of tangency in the
southerly line of the land described as Parcel No.
l46-A in the Judgment in Condemnation recorded March
29, 1962 in book 5671, page 306 of Official Records;
thence along said southerly line, South 830 01' 14" .
west 840.25 feet to the beginning of a curve therein,
said curve being concave southerly and having a radius
of 5000 feet; thence westerly along said curve, 741.11
feet through a central angle of 80 29' 33" to the
west line of said lot 11; thence South 00 19' 56"
East along said west line of Lot 11, and along the~
west line of said lot 1, a distance of 1545.48 feet
to the northwesterly corner of the land conveyed in
the deed to State of California for freeway purposes,
recorded February 14, 1962 in book 5646, page 453
of Official Records; thence along the northerly line
of the lands of the State Highway, North 590 42' 57"
East 42.27 feet to the beginning of a curve concave
southwesterly and having a radius of 195 feet; thence
southeasterly along said curve, 440.83 feet; thence

South 480 56' 10" East, 49.08 feet; thence North
840 43' 34" East.492.l8 to the beg:l,nning of a tangent
curve concave northerly and havingfa radius of 5000
feet; thence easterly along said curve, 380.68 feet
to the end of same; thence North 800 21' 50" East
727.49 feet to a point in the aforementioned west
line of the land Moodey, said point being North 00
34' 48" West thereon 547.46 feet from the south
line of said lot I, said south line also being the
north line of Colton Avenue, as shown on said mav,
of Rancho San Bernardino; thence North 00 34' 48 I
West along said west line of the land of Moodey,
a distance of 1649.22 feet to the true point of
beginning.
EXCEPT those portions thereof lying within a strip
of land 60 feet in width, as said strip is conveyed
to the State of California for state highway pur-
poses, in Final Order of Condemnation recorded
February 5, 1962 as Parcel 7 in Book 5641, page
884 Offic ial Records; in deed recorded January 12,
1962 as Parcel "B" in book 5628, page 550 Official
Records; in Final Order of Condemnation recorded
April 6, 1962 as Parcel 13 in book 5677, page 354
Official Records, all records of said county.
(Approximately 27.4 acres North of the San Bernardino
Freeway, East of Hunts Lane on both sides of Rosewood
Court.)

SECTION TWO: That Ordinance No. 1991 Section 27.2 which

in the office of the county recorder of said
county.
(approximately 18,000 square feet located at the
northeast corner of 30th Street and "E" Street,
San Bernardino.)
From zone classification R-3-l200 Multiple Family
Residential to C-3A General Limited Commercial.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing ordinance was duly
