2 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1991 KNOWN AS THE
"lAND USE ZONING ORDINANCE" RECLASSIFYING AND REZONING CERTAIN
3 PARCElS OF LAND AND AMENDING THE ZONING MAP ACCORDINGLY.
4 THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO
DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION ONE: That Ordinance No. 1991 Section 27.2 which

reclassifies and rezones certain parcels of real property within
the City of San Bernardino and amends the zoning map accordingly
is hereby amended by adding thereto the following:

Portion of the North 1/2 of the Northwest 1/4 of
the Southeast 1/4 of Section 15, Township 1 North,
Range 4 West, San Bernardino Base and Meridian,
as the lines of the Government Survey may be ex-
tended across the Rancho Muscupiabe, more partic-
ularly described as follows:
COMMENCING at a point on the North line of the
Northwest 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 15,
which is North 89R 57' East, 657.84 feet from the
Northwest corner of the Northwest 1/4 of the
Southeast 1/4 of said Section 15; thence South
120 feet along the East line of Tract No. 4693,
as per plat recorded in Book 58 of Maps, page 36,
in the Office of the County Recorder/in and for
San Bernardino County; thence South 500 22' 32"
West, 161.22 feet along the East line of said
Tract; thence South 38509 feet along the East
line of said Tract; thence South 89 59' East
along the North line of 46th Street, a distance
of 166.47 feet to the beginning of a curve con-
cave Southerly, having a radius of 209.50 feeti
thence along said curve through an angle of 34
29', a distance of 126.09 feet to the beginning
of a curve concave Northerly whose radius is
20 feet, which bears North 340 30' Easta thence
along said curve through an angle of 9127' 03"
to the Northwesterly line of Sierra Way; thence
along said Northwesterly line of Sierra Way,
Northeasterly to a point in the intersection
with a line parallel with and 150 feet Westerly
of the West line of Sepulveda Avenue, said point
also being the most Southwesterly corner of the
land conveyed to Teamsters Union, Local 467
Building of San Bernardino, a corporation by
Deed recorded April 13, 1954, in Book 3364, page
114, Official Records; thence along the Westerly
boundary of said Teamsters Union property the
following courses:
North 101088 feet~ more or less, to an angle point
thereon which is ~25 feet South of the North line
of said Southeast 1/4 of Section 15; West to an
angle point thereon which is 225 feet South of

the West line of said Southeast 1/4 of Section
15 and 200 feet West of the East line of said
Northwest 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of Section
15; North parallel with the East line of said
Northwest 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of Section
15, 225 feet to the Northwest corner of said
Teamsters Union property, said corner being at
a point on the North line of said Southeast 1/4;
thence leaving said Teamsters Union property,
West along the North line of said Southeast 1/4
of Section 15 to the point of beginning.
Excepting therefrom any portion lying within
that certain property conveyed to the City of
San Bernardino, a municipal corporation, by
Deed recorded June 24, 1959, in Book 4856,
page 268, Official Records.
