"LAND USE ZONING ORDINANCE" RECIASSIFYING AND REZONING CERTAIN

DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

i SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 1991 Section 27.2 which

reclassifies and rezones certain parcels of real property within
the City of San Bernardino and amends the zoning map accordingly
is hereby amended by adding thereto the following:
PARCEL FIVE HUNDRED SEVENTY-FIVE
(Petition No. 812)
The west 100 feet of Lots 1. 2 and 3. in Block "B"
of the Cooley Tract. a subdivision of Lots 11 and
12 and part of Lots 9 and 10. Block 44. Rancho San
Bernardino. as per plat recorded in Book 5 of Maps.
page 62, records of San Bernardino County.

From zone classification C-3 General Commercial to
C-M Commercial-Manufacturing District.
