2 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1991 KNOWN AS THE
"lAND USE ZONING ORDINANCE" RECIASSIFYING AND REZONING CERTAIN
3 PARCEIB OF lAND AND AMENDING THE ZONING MAP ACCORDINGLY.
4 THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO
DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 10 That Ordinance Noo 1991 Section 2702 which

reclassifies and rezones certain parcels of real property within
the City of San Bernardino and amends the zoning map accordingly
is hereby amended by adding thereto the following:
PARCEL FIVE HUNDRED NINETY-EIGHT
(Petition Noo 841)

Lot 1, Block 8, of Tract No. 1834, San Bernar-
dino Heights, as per plat recorded in Book 26
of Maps, page 52, records of San Bernardino
County.
(generally located at the northeast corner of
43rd Street and Sepulveda Avenue)
From zone classification R-1-7200 Single Family
Residential to R-2 Duplex Residential District.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing ordinance was duly
adopted by the Mayor and Common Council of the City of San Bernar-
